This exhibition creates a dialogue between two practices that, each in their own way, transform matter into a reinterpreted form: that of MAXIME PASSADORE, an experimental photographer, and that of MVE, a design studio.

The past is a living material. This collaboration relies on this shared conviction. At the intersection of image, object, and matter, it explores contemporary creation's capacity to reveal what remains: fragments, artifacts, salvaged materials, and craftsmanship passed down then reinvented.

This collection of pieces highlights a shared aesthetic. It celebrates a creative process rooted not in the erasure of the past, but in its metamorphosis. What was found, transmitted, salvaged, or preserved becomes the starting point for a new narrative language. Through his experimental photography inspired by ancient artifacts and sacred forms, MAXIME PASSADORE questions how the past can still be transmitted, reactivated, and felt. His work invokes ancient civilizations and the symbolism of vestiges.

In response, MVE brings this same standard to design through exceptional pieces crafted with expertise. The studio's work engages in a tangible dialogue with matter, giving rise to raw, living forms where the sculptural and the timeless meet.
